Abby walked into her Lab. She noticed it was a tad bit dirty, and was definetley needing a cleaning. But it would have to wait. Abb wasn't in a great mood this morning. Her alarm clock went off way to early. her coffee machine broke, and the lights in her block went out. not that she wouldn't mind that usually , but she was blow drying her hair, and didn't quite get to finish. Of course DiNozzo would probably add to the bad day later on.
She walked into her Office and took of her bigg fuzzy black coat, and traded it for her white thin cotton lab coat. Her hair was in two pigtails. Today those pigtails were braided. She wore a black low v-cut shirt with a blood red heart on it with a dagger going through the heart, and a black leather mini skirt that showed off her legs. Which were mostly covered by her black boots with shiny silver buckles all over them.
No work had been givin' to her yet, or laid onto her desk so she let out a sigh of relief. She would finally be able to get some rest, maybe.

DiNozzo walked in with his usual coffee in hand and files in the other. He had a sheepish grin on his face as he walked up to Abby "Gibbs told me to give you this" He handed over the files "I took pictures of the scence, and Probie got some evidence for you." Tony took a sip of his coffee and looked at it oddly "Tastes like...chicken" He threw it away and turned back to Abby "Anything I can get you?"

Abby jolted her head up from her desk when DiNozzo came in. She groaned slightly at the work. She let out an exassperated sigh. "I'll do work, and you can get me a caffe-pow. I need some caffeine." She told him and smiled at him pleasantly. "But first. What do we have exactly. helps if I know all information." She told DiNozzo as she started looking at the pictures.

"Everything is in there...I think" Tony smirked his perfected little smirk and sat down in a spinning chair and spun around "Well...there was a marine shot dead, two bullets in the head. Found downtown, south of Burgermart." He stopped spinning "Best guess he was heading home, a car was right next to him. Shot was close range, pretty good aim, but that is all in the report"

"ok." Abby grabbed some of the evidence and took it into the lab. She started analyzing the gun in one of the bags. After a couple minutes she looked at DiNozzo still apinning. "Hello! Caffe-Pow please." She gave Tony a stern look. She wasn't really in the mood for is smart alick comments today. Maybe after her caffe-pow she'd do better. That and she hadn't seen Gibbs yet.

"Oh right" Tony got up and went to get her what she asked for. Which took him about thirty minutes because he couldnt decide on which was prettier, the lady who worked at Starbucks or the lady behind him, and if he wanted whipped cream or not. When he got back, we walked over to Abby with the largest size possible (like a big gulp from 7-11) and set it down on the counter "There we go Abby, a caffe-pow for you."

"Thank you DiNozzo. You would not believe the morning I've had so far!' She told him as she worked around him. The caffe-pow in one hand and evidence in the other. She bustled around the lab grabbing some different items.

"Well having fun yet? I brought you an early christmas present and a drink to go with it" DiNozzo went back to his spinning chair. "Probie took a sick day..today.."

'Awww. He's sick!? Poor McGee. I should take him some chicken noodle soup after work, OHH and maybe some of my herbal remedies." She thought as she swabbed the gun that DiNozzo brought in for evidene. "The serial number on the gun was filed off. I may be able to get some of the numbers still though." Her face was full of concern, andworry for McGee though. She never liked one of her fellow co-workers falling in, unless it was DiNozzo, becuase when he falls ill he talkes funnier then most people do when they are ill. Her braids draped down over her shoulders as she worked away.

"Anything I can help with, Abby?" He asked really really wanting something to do. His stomach got jerked and he stopped spinning 'I will never do that again' He thought to himself.

"I THought you would've learned your lesson the last time you spun in Gibbs's chair and he smacked you harder then usual." She smirked and took a sip of the caffe-pow.
"AHA!"She exclaimed. "I got the numbers...well some of them. It goes... 97800_ _ _65 I'm missing three numbers." She told Dinozzo and wrote the numbers down the way she had them. "That should help some to find out who owns the gun." she bussied herself again applying the numbers to a gun record database.

He put his hand up to his head where Gibbs usually hit him "Dont mention it" He looked at his getting cold drink and sighed, took a sip and smiled "I think I like this.." He took the chair over to an extra computer and started to 'help' Abby. He pulled up some screen that he thought would be needed.

'Hey! Did I say you could mess around with my computers. With my luck today you could very well shut down or mess up all the systems, and then I'll never get the work done. No Touchy." She said a bit irritably. She stood there glaring at DiNozzo. Some one hadn't woken up in the right coffin this morning.

"O-kay then" He turned it off and rolled over to her "P-66, Russian Edition. You can only get it one way, off the streets. But it only looks like a P-66" He took another sip of his coffee.

"What are you getting at DiNozzo?" Abby asked and raised an eyebrow at him. She took a sip of her caff-pow, and awaited his answer a bit impatiently. Waiting wasn't one of Abby's good points today...well it wasn't so far.
